Confidentiality and Non-disclosure

SSIS will maintain strictly confidential of all information obtained from the client including all ideas, business plan, chart, materials, goods, products, designs, know-how, data, descriptions, technology, formulas, documents, compositions, customer lists, client lists, supplier lists, and packaging methods; all financial, business, sales and marketing data and forecasts, experimental works, works in process, trade secrets; and any other matter relating to the business of the client whether disclosed in written, oral, electronic or other form. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such information may be disclosed to employees of SSIS who need to know of such information for the purpose of performing its required inspections and evaluations.
