Infringement and counterfeiting of copyright will cause significant economic and reputation losses to copyright holders. SSIS has entrusted by different copyright holders to conduct anti-counterfeiting operations and investigations in Hong Kong and China.

Upon authorized by clients, SSIS will adopt various investigation tatics to lock up the targets including but not limit to, retailing, warehouse, manufacturing locations and then coordinate with enforcement authorities in different Municipalities or Provinces to conduct enforcement actions. SSIS will maintain a close operational liaison with enforcement authorities to provide all the necessary resources to ensure the operational actions smooth and effective.

The infringement case support includes providing the necessary document and attending to court to give evidence (there is required the copyright owner authorized). SSIS has examiners who have experience and  are verified by  HK C&E. SSIS assists with HK C&E and copyright owners  to handle more than hundreds of  criminal case per year.
